Garden of Eden 6-week series at Mōkau Yoga

Please join us for the next 6-week yoga series as we “garden” our way through life and yoga.

“What does gardening have to do with yoga?” – you may rightly ask.

Turns out – heaps! (as in heaps of weeds, seeds, flowers, and treats)

The Gardening Yoga Series begins this coming Thursday, 5 October, at 4:00 pm, and continues weekly through Thursday, 9 November, 2023.
